Loan Amount: Minimum amount is 1,500,000 dram, but not more than 50% of the appraised market value of the collateral.
Loan Currency: Armenian dram
Interest Rate: starting from fixed interest rate of 15% per annum.
Loan Term: up to 5 years.
Type of Collateral: Movable or immovable property.
Closing Fee: 2% closing fee is charged from originated loan amount but not less than 40,000 dram.
Late Payment Fine: 0.13% of the amount due per day.
